About the role:
Reporting to the Sales Director UK, the Sales Manager level will be responsible for growing the demand side of the business and selling the DSP to buyers, brands, and agencies.
What you’ll do:
● Grow DSP revenue in the UK market, through self and managed service partnerships across media agencies, particularly OMD (EMEA and PHD Global) or Independents and brands
● Proactively source and develop a pipeline of potential clients
● Drive uptake of the platform and engagement from buyers of digital advertising and programmatic traders, and ensure seamless ability to transact
● Identify incremental opportunities with independent trading desks, brands and boutique agencies who may be new to OOH, as well as traditional OOH buyers
● Provide training and support on the digital OOH industry and trading model, ensuring the media model and metrics are understood, and OOH can be easily incorporated into digital deals
● Develop strong industry networks and represent the company as required in-market and at events
What experience we’re looking for:
● 2-4 years of relevant experience
● Understanding of digital advertising technology and trading; programmatic, mobile, audio, data, currency tracking and attribution
● Proven track record of sourcing and building new contacts and relationships
● Ideally a network of agency relationships/contacts at OMD EMEA and PHD Global or Independents
● Experience in solutions sales in digital advertising and track record of building a business from scratch
● Tenacity to build client relationships across stakeholders and teams
