Why join us
You'd be joining a small, high-ownership team working on a genuinely novel technology in the critical minerals space. We move quickly, we take the work seriously, and we're building a company where good people have room to grow. Our team spans electrochemistry, process engineering, operations, and business — and we're adding across all of them.
Who we're looking for
We hire for capability, curiosity, and culture. Whether you're a hydrometallurgical engineer, a pilot operator, a business generalist, or something else entirely, if you think you'd thrive in an early-stage environment and care about what we're building, we want to hear from you.
Submit your resume and a short note on what draws you to Still Bright. We review general applications on a rolling basis and will reach out when a relevant opening comes up.
