Vi söker nu en Local Compliance Officer (LCO) som blir en del av vårt Compliance-team och stöttar Ayvens verksamhet i Sverige, med en central roll i att utveckla och stärka regelefterlevnadsarbetet. Du blir en viktig rådgivare till verksamheten och ansvarar för att säkerställa att Ayvens Sverige följer gällande lagar, regelverk och interna styrdokument. Om rollen Som Local Compliance Officer ansvarar du för att utveckla, implementera och följa upp det lokala complianceprogrammet. Du arbetar nära ledning, affärsverksamhet och centrala compliancefunktioner inom Ayvens Group och Société Générale. Rollen omfattar både strategiskt och operativt arbete där du bidrar med rådgivning, riskbedömningar, utbildning och uppföljning inom regulatory compliance området. Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden Bevaka och tolka regulatoriska krav samt säkerställa att verksamheten uppfyller lokala och koncernövergripande regelverk. Utveckla och underhålla Ayvens Sveriges compliance- och kontrollramverk. Ansvara för compliance områden såsom kundskydd, intressekonflikter samt anti-korruption, affärsetik och regulatorisk efterlevnad. Agera rådgivare till verksamheten i frågor som rör AML/CTF, KYC, sanktioner, kundskydd, intressekonflikter samt anti-korruption. Identifiera, bedöma och följa upp compliance- och integritetsrisker. Planera och genomföra utbildnings- och informationsinsatser inom compliance. Utreda incidenter och säkerställa att identifierade risker hanteras genom relevanta åtgärder. Rapportera compliance-relaterade frågor till ledning, Ayvens Group och andra relevanta intressenter. Samarbeta nära med verksamheten, juridik, riskfunktioner, internrevision och externa tillsynsmyndigheter. Vi söker dig som har Akademisk examen i svensk juridik eller motsvarande. Utmärkta kunskaper om lagar, regelverk och branschstandarder inom finanssektorn. Minst fem års erfarenhet inom compliance, juridik, risk management eller närliggande område. Erfarenhet av AML, KYC, sanktioner eller andra områden inom finansiell brottsprevention är meriterande. Som person är du analytisk, strukturerad och kommunikativ. Du arbetar självständigt, bygger förtroendefulla relationer och känner dig trygg i att utmana verksamheten när det behövs. Språk Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift. Varför Ayvens?
