Collaborates with other Varian experts to identify potential solutions (both technology and process based) to identified technology adoption impediments. Actively contribute to the development of programmatic approaches toward support for clinical adoption of advanced technology solutions Provide consultative support to clinical sites for new technology implementation after the applications training phase, including on-site support for system validation and clinical implementation as well as continuing dialogue and support until the site reaches program maturity Actively contribute to the development of internal resources including but not limited to a data repository and sample process documents and QA templates in support of duties #1&2 shown above Proactively maintain awareness of developments related to the team’s program focus, including changes in practice patterns, competing technology solutions and related QA solutions Operate Varian Treatment, TPS and EMR systems Write consulting report and communicate report to customer physicist in a supportive, non-critical manner Provide clinical expertise in understanding and meeting specific customer needs Participate in process improvement tasks and software development.
