Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including CI/CD, automated testing, version control, and release management. Experience partnering with Product, Architecture, Security, and Compliance teams in a regulated industry. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical strategy and risk to senior executives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance technical rigor with delivery speed. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Preferred Requirements: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, System Architect, or relevant cloud-specific certifications).
