Support the team across internal and strategic communications touchpoints Maintain communication platforms and content channels, including intranet pages Contribute fresh ideas and create communication content for internal formats and channels, e.g., articles in German or English Create and edit videos and other communication media Help plan, coordinate, and organize internal events, workshops, and communication formats Get involved in planning and reporting on communications by creating presentations and structured overviews Support community-focused communication activities as part of broader communications operations Your Profile Currently enrolled in a degree program in Communications, Marketing, Change Management, or Business Administration, with at least two years of study completed Initial experience in companies, startups, or agencies, preferably in a communications department Passion for communication, digital technologies, and digital transformation Ability to work independently, in a goal- and results-oriented manner, and with a strong “can-do” attitude Strong communication skills combined with empathy, enabling you to navigate through different environments Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or similar image/video editing programs is a plus Fluent German and English in spoken and written communication Interest in new communication technologies, digital collaboration tools, and AI-supported work methods is a plus Sounds exciting?
