Job Description: This position is responsible for leading a team of skilled Finish Work Technicians that are repairing multiple types of slab defects that don’t adhere to the Cambria Quality standard guidelines. This position is also responsible for maintaining the work flow, cleanliness of the Finish Work Stations, as well as assuring that completed finish work adheres to the quality standards laid out by the Cambria Quality Control Department. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Keep work area clean and orderly Perform job duties safely as outlined in the Finish Work Department Follow and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Additional duties as assigned by management Complete (7) weeks of QA Finish Department Training Complete ongoing Leadership Development Training provided by Cambria Complete shift notes and metrics daily. Operating a forklift Operating a crane Slab Handling certified Qualifications and Skills: Ability to read and write in English to complete required documentation Basic computer skills Minimum Requirements: Education: High school diploma or GED Experience: 1+ year of leadership experience. Previous quality experience not required, but is desired. Systems: Previous computer experience is required. Experience using a tablet or iPad to take photos desired. Push/pull 100 lbs. Hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and/or training.
