APM continues its impactful work through the Transition to Work contract, and we’re now seeking passionate individuals to join our Caboolture, QLD team.
As a Youth Support Worker, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding participants toward sustainable education and employment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
In this dynamic and purpose-driven role, you’ll:
- Deliver high-quality case management with a focus on individual goals and barriers to employment
- Build strong relationships with participants, employers, and community stakeholders
- Market clients effectively to match them with suitable employment opportunities
- Drive performance through KPI achievement, ensuring targets are met and exceeded
- Collaborate with your team to share insights, celebrate wins, and support each other to achieve great outcomes and drive performance

To Be Considered, You’ll Need:
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- A current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle is essential
- Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check
- Ability to pass a Working with Children Check
- Availability to work full-time Monday to Friday (8:30am–5:00pm)
