• Ensure the production plan for weekly and daily accuracy 100%
• Achieve and maintain 95% the production plan goal.
• Make sure KPI Shipment Achievement 98%
• Work closely with Material Planner to make sure the material not impact to master plan
• Meet daily with manufacturing team to assess production schedules, (adjust as necessary based on production results) optimize run quantities, and minimize changeovers to help achieve 100% on time delivery.
• Work with IE about capacity sizing to meet monthly customer required date.
• Work with ME to make sure machine/ MOI.. setup ready before starting Production plan.
• Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
- Bachelor's degree or Equivalent, major in Business administration, Industrial management or Supply chain/ Logistics management.
- Have more than 2 - 3 years ‘planning work experience in foreign enterprises.
- Have strong language skills, good at communication and cooperation, can properly handle the company's various departments related affairs.
- Have a sense of teamwork.
- Be able to master excel/ power BI
- Fluently in English
