Senior Finance Data Analyst Belgrade, Serbia - hybrid Job Requirements: Data analysis Ability to interpret complex data, perform variance and trend analysis, identify root causes and present concise recommendations. Tools and automation Advanced Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL, Python and Excel skills, with experience building reusable dashboards, reports and automated workflows. Finance and governance Understanding of financial reporting cycles, data quality, confidentiality, documentation and reporting controls. Stakeholder engagement Ability to gather requirements, manage priorities and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Key responsibilities: Extract, cleanse, transform and validate data from multiple systems to ensure accurate, consistent and decision-ready reporting. Analze large datasets to identify trends, exceptions, risks and opportunities, and translate findings into clear business insights and recommendations. Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, data models and DAX measures that support management reporting and finance reviews.
