Essential Job Functions: Plan resource allocation for optimum utilization To work with onshore business leaders Analyzing and presenting data cuts to senior management Creating business presentations for the senior management Coordinate with Senior leaders Keep a check on all deliverables and perform reporting. Other activities as may be assigned by your manager Qualifications/ Requirements: B.Com/ M.Com/MBA from an institute of repute. Minimum of 6+ years of industry experience, typically with 1+ years in a Senior Associate level role or external equivalent. 10-12 years of experience in CRE Mortgage / Loan Servicing 7-8 years of experience in Escrow and Tax management 4-5 years of experience in leading teams To spearhead a team of ~20 seasoned and experiences Escrow resources. Provide SME support to the team. Understand complex Tax schedules and Escrow requirements. Get involved in transitioning new Sub processes/activities and tasks. Create learning path for new joiners in the process. Impart training and knowledge sharing sessions. Manage day to day deliverables of the process.
