Das bewegst Du bei uns Bearbeitung allgemeiner IT-Anfragen sowie Aufnahme und Dokumentation von Supportfällen in den vorgesehenen Systemen Eigenständige Erstbearbeitung, Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung im Rahmen der jeweiligen Zuständigkeit Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden bei Fragen zu Hard- und Software, Arbeitsplatzsystemen, Standardanwendungen, Druckern sowie Netzwerk- und Verbindungsproblemen Qualifizierte Eskalation komplexer oder nicht unmittelbar lösbarer Supportfälle an nachgelagerte Supporteinheiten oder spezialisierte Fachbereiche Installation, Konfiguration und Betreuung von IT-Arbeitsplätzen einschließlich standardisierter Betriebssysteme, Anwendungssoftware und Peripheriegeräte Sicherstellung der Betriebsbereitschaft der betreuten Systeme im Tagesbetrieb Pflege von Änderungen, Bestandsdaten und technischen Informationen in vorhandenen Dokumentations- und Verwaltungssystemen Das bringst Du mit Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration oder Anwendungsentwicklung) oder vergleichbare Erfahrungen im IT Support Mindestens 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung im Support von Windows-Umgebungen sowie Kenntnisse in Windows Server (2008–2025) und Virtualisierungstechnologien (Hyper-V, VMware) Erfahrung mit Office 365 (Teams, Exchange Admin, SharePoint), Active Directory und Gruppenrichtlinienverwaltung Grundlegende TCP/IP-Netzwerkkenntnisse, Erfahrung mit Backup-Technologien sowie Vertrautheit mit Helpdesk-Ticketsystemen und ITIL-Grundkenntnisse Kenntnisse im Bereich Druckerapplikation (z.B. RICOH Streamline) von Vorteil Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in der Fehleranalyse und Problemlösung sowie die Fähigkeit, Aufgaben zu priorisieren und Fristen einzuhalten Serviceorientierte, strukturierte und nachvollziehbare Arbeitsweise bezüglich der Bearbeitung von Supportanliegen Gutes Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse der Anwender sowie starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Teamfähigkeit sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind.
