Wir suchen für den Standort Altenberge (bei Münster) eine befristete Vertretung (1 Jahr) als Head of Project Management (m/w/d) für den Bereich "Environmental Services". In dieser Rolle liegt die strategische Planung, Leitung und Überwachung aller Projektmanagementaktivitäten im Bereich Umweltdienstleistungen in deinen Händen. Das bewegst du bei uns Verantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung bereichsübergreifender Projekte in der Umweltanalytik und bei Labordienstleistungen Sicherstellung der termingerechten, budgetkonformen und qualitativ hochwertigen Projektumsetzung sowie regelmäßiges Reporting an die Geschäftsführung Koordination der Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Fachbereichen, insbesondere Labor, Probenmanagement, Probenahme, Service, Qualitätssicherung und Arbeitsschutz Steuerung von Projektbudgets und Ressourcen sowie Begleitung von Ausschreibungen, Vertragsverhandlungen und Beschaffungsprojekten Analyse, Harmonisierung und nachhaltige Optimierung von Prozessen, Arbeitsabläufen und Schnittstellen unter Berücksichtigung regulatorischer und normativer Vorgaben Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Effizienzsteigerung und Kostenoptimierung einschließlich Wirksamkeitskontrolle mit den verantwortlichen Bereichen Mitwirkung an strategischen Initiativen und Unternehmensentscheidungen sowie Erstellung aussagekräftiger Berichte, Präsentationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen Transparente Dokumentation und Visualisierung von Prozessen sowie Aufbereitung technischer Informationen, beispielsweise zur Unterstützung von Geräteinvestitionen im Laborumfeld Das bringst du mit Abgeschlossenes Studium in Umwelt- oder Naturwissenschaften, Ingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich mit Qualifikation im Bereich Innovationsmanagement, LEAN, Arbeitsschutz oder Projektmanagement Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projekt- und/oder Prozessmanagement, idealerweise im Umfeld von Umweltanalytik, Labordienstleistungen oder vergleichbaren technischen Bereichen Sehr gute Kenntnisse relevanter Normen und Vorschriften, insbesondere der DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025, sowie ein ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein Ausgeprägtes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis sowie eine kostenbewusste, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise Technisches Verständnis, hohe Umsetzungsstärke und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Prozesse und Schnittstellen nachhaltig zu optimieren Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeit sowie die Kompetenz, unterschiedliche Fachbereiche zu koordinieren, zu integrieren und für gemeinsame Ziele zu gewinnen Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Engagement und Organisationsfähigkeit verbunden mit Teamfähigkeit und Empathie gute IT- und Englischkenntnisse Führerschein Klasse B sowie Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen innerhalb Deutschlands Unsere Benefits für Dich Rahmenbedingungen: 30 Urlaubstage, Gleitzeit, Möglichkeit des mobilen Arbeitens Ankommen & Durchstarten: strukturierte Einarbeitung, individuelle Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten Gesundheit & Sport: Firmenfitness, betriebl.
