About the role: We are seeking a full-time AR Specialist I who will be responsible for assisting with the timely completion of the daily accounts receivable functions within our Oils & Lubricants business stream. About you: Operate main line phones. Process high volume credit card payments. Maintain Customer Portals. Create Customer Invoice Summaries. Enter Orders for Specific Customers. Follow up invoice queries. Liaise with clients. Reconcile monthly reports and debtor accounts. Answer all debtor inquiries professionally. Assist with month-end procedures. Responsible for collections for the company. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: High school diploma/GED is required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred. 3-5 years accounts recievable experience preferred Physical Demands: Must be able to work on a computer while sitting for up to 8 hours per day. Perform housekeeping duties as required. Core Competencies: Proficient verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office. Ability to prepare Credit Account Applications for approval. Ability to negotiate payment arrangements. Ability to work under pressure.
