Für unser Team in Altenberge (bei Münster) suchen wir Dich in Vollzeit als Einkäufer (m/w/d) für Indirektes Material. Über die Position Als Einkäufer (m/w/d) Indirektes Material verantwortest Du die wirtschaftliche, termingerechte und qualitätsgerechte Beschaffung von Waren und Dienstleistungen, die nicht direkt in unsere Produktionsprozesse einfließen. Dabei stellst Du die zuverlässige Versorgung unseres Unternehmens sicher, setzt unsere Einkaufsstrategie um und leistest einen aktiven Beitrag zur Erreichung unserer Unternehmensziele. Zu Deinen typischen Warengruppen gehören Dienstleistungen wie Reinigung, Wartung und Entsorgung, fuhrparkbezogene Leistungen, Investitionsgüter sowie technische Betriebsmittel. Du arbeitest eng mit Fachbereichen wie Produktion, Labor, Facility Management, Finance und Qualität zusammen und berichtest an die Leitung Einkauf & Supply Chain. Das bewegst Du bei uns Eigenständige Beschaffung von indirekten Materialien und Dienstleistungen Durchführung von Angebotsanfragen, Preisvergleichen und Bestellabwicklungen Verhandlung von Preisen, Rahmenverträgen sowie Liefer- und Zahlungsbedingungen Auswahl, Bewertung und Entwicklung geeigneter Lieferanten Sicherstellung der Materialverfügbarkeit unter Berücksichtigung von Kosten, Qualität und Lieferzeit Analyse der Beschaffungsmärkte und Identifizierung von Einsparpotenzialen Unterstützung bei Ausschreibungen, Vergabeprozessen und Einkaufsprojekten Pflege von Stammdaten, Vertrags- und Lieferanteninformationen sowie Erstellung von Einkaufsberichten Das bringst Du mit Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung im Einkauf Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im operativen oder strategischen Einkauf erforderlich Fundierte Kenntnisse im Vertragsrecht und Beschaffungsmanagement Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise Microsoft Dynamics Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen und analytisches Denkvermögen Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Unsere Benefits für Dich Rahmenbedingungen: 30 Urlaubstage, Gleitzeit, Möglichkeit des mobilen Arbeitens Ankommen & Durchstarten: strukturierte Einarbeitung, individuelle Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten Gesundheit & Sport: Firmenfitness-Abo Absicherung & Schutz: betriebl.
