We're looking for a Senior Client Partner with a strong focus on Financial Services who thinks like a consultant, understands technology, brings strategic perspective and acts as a trusted business partner to enterprise clients in the financial sector. Your Responsibilities Advise & develop: Understand the strategic and operational challenges of financial services organizations, identify business opportunities and translate them into impactful technology solutions Build strategic partnerships: Establish trusted relationships with enterprise clients in the Financial Services sector, engage with senior decision-makers and position Cloudflight as a strategic partner for their digital transformation Drive new business: Identify and develop new client relationships within the financial services market, lead commercial negotiations and take ownership of the sales cycle from first conversation to deal closure Connect business & technology: Work closely with our consulting, engineering and delivery teams to shape tailored solutions across custom software, cloud, data, AI/ML and embedded software, addressing the evolving needs of financial services clients Grow & create value: Develop client relationships, identify opportunities to expand our footprint within financial services organizations and contribute to sustainable revenue growth Shape the future: Help build our Client Partner team and strengthen Cloudflight’s position in the Financial Services market by leading complex pursuits collaboratively and connecting client needs with our expertise in strategy, technology, software engineering, cloud, data and AI to deliver measurable business outcomes What Will Make You Successful in This Role Solid experience in enterprise sales, business development, technology consulting or a comparable client-facing role, ideally 5+ years Relevant experience in the Financial Services sector, with an understanding of its business models, market dynamics and digital transformation challenges A consultative mindset and the ability to understand complex business challenges in financial services and turn them into actionable technology solutions A good understanding of technology and digital transformation, including cloud, software engineering, data and AI, and how these capabilities can create business value for financial services organizations Strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to build senior-level relationships, develop new business opportunities and close complex deals An entrepreneurial attitude, a collaborative mindset and the confidence to navigate ambiguity and change Excellent communication skills in German and English We are an equal opportunity employer.
