We’re looking for a hands-on Customer Service & Warehouse Specialist to join the growing European Distribution Center (EDC) in Breda. This is not your typical desk job — you’ll be right in the middle of operations. One moment you’re helping customers and arranging shipments, the next you’re in the warehouse picking orders or checking returned instrument sets. What you’ll be doing
You’ll have a mix of responsibilities, including:
- Supporting customers and distributors across EMEA
- Processing orders and coordinating shipments
- Managing returns and keeping customers updated
- Picking, packing and shipping orders
- Receiving and organizing incoming goods
- Checking returned instruments and implant sets
- Handling invoices and basic admin tasks
Who you are
- You like variety and are happy to switch between office and warehouse work
- You’re hands-on, proactive and take ownership
- You have a strong eye for detail
- You communicate clearly and enjoy helping customers
- You’re a team player with a positive mindset
- You’re comfortable working on-site in Breda and already based in (or well-established in) the Netherlands
What you bring
- Experience in customer service, logistics or warehouse operations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Good Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (like Business Central) is a plus
- Fluent in English and German (Dutch is a bonus)
