We’re looking for people to join the Access family, who share our passion for believing in better, and who will help us continue to grow. Love Work. Love Life. Be You. - is central to our success and how we give our customers the freedom to do more of what's important to them. What does Access offer you? We offer a blended approach to office working, encouraging you to collaborate and connect in one of our thriving offices. We deliver on what we say, taking the development of our people seriously. We’ll work with you to progress your success plan and provide opportunities to accelerate your career. On top of a competitive salary, our wellbeing days taking you to 25 days leave a year and a health contribution, you’ll also be able to choose from a range of benefits to suit you. We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have three charity days allocated to support a cause that matters to you. You enjoy building real relationships and seeing them turn into meaningful results. You like owning things end to end — from first conversation to long‑term success — and you’re comfortable juggling multiple partners at different stages. You’re naturally organised, proactive and clear in how you communicate, and you enjoy working closely with sales, marketing and product teams to get the best outcome for everyone involved. At Access, you’ll have the space to shape how our Partner Programme works across EMEA and see the direct impact of your work on growth. Day-to-day, you will: Find, onboard and enable referral, implementation and integration partners across EMEA, helping them understand how Unleashed supports their clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners through regular check-ins, enablement sessions and clear, practical resources. Manage partner-sourced leads and opportunities in Salesforce, working closely with the New Business team to make sure every referral is followed up quickly and professionally. Act as the main point of contact for partners, answering questions, sharing updates and feeding insights back to marketing and product teams. Your skills and experiences might also include: Experience working with inventory management, enterprise resource planning (ERP) or accounting software, either directly or through partners. Confidence discussing application programming interfaces (APIs) and integrations, and working with technology partners on connectivity and data flows. Exposure to structured sales qualification methods, such as MEDDPICC, and an understanding of how partners contribute to pipeline and revenue. Experience supporting co-marketing activity, partner events or joint go-to-market campaigns. What are we all about?
