- Lead and develop a global team of finance specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Drive adoption of finance processes, systems, and tools across the organisation.
- Act as the bridge between end users, Finance Operations, Global Process Owners, Finance Transformation, and IT.
- Ensure high-quality support, training, documentation, and governance for finance applications and processes.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, identify optimisation opportunities, and enhance user experience through data-driven decision making.
- Support finance process and technology implementations, including new country and company rollouts.
- 7+ years of experience in Finance, Finance Operations, Shared Services, Process Excellence, ERP implementation, or Finance Transformation.
- Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid understanding of finance processes and operations.
- Hands-on experience with SAP FI.
- Proven track record in ERP transformations, process harmonisation, shared services, or global finance transformation programmes.
- Experience leading organisational change and driving adoption of new processes and tools.
- Fluent English communication skills.
You'll stand out if you have
- Experience in global or multi-country environments.
- Knowledge of Aico, Emburse, CoProcess, SAP CLM, Pagero Tax Comply, or TIS.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Background in end-user support, training, and change management.
