Job Qualifications** *OSHA 10 * Proven experience in a relevant craft (e.g., pipefitter, welder, electrician, heavy equipment operator, laborer) within the energy or construction industry. * Ability to read, understand, and execute tasks based on blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications. * Strong understanding and commitment to safety practices and procedures. * Physical ability to perform demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, bending, and working in various weather conditions. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Valid driver's license may be required for some positions. * Relevant certifications or licenses specific to the craft (e.g., welding certifications, crane operator certifications) are highly preferred. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship is a plus.
