You will support approximately 400 employees at our EMEA headquarters and help ensure the accurate and timely administration of key HR processes. And that's just the beginning! Your Responsibilities Manage leave and absence administration, including sickness, parental leave, educational leave, and special leave. Provide accurate employee data for payroll and time administration. Handle HR administration for new hires, employee changes, and departures. Administer bike leasing, transport subscriptions, remote working, overtime, and business travel. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in Workday and personnel files. Support recruitment, training, and other HR processes. Prepare HR reports and contribute to process improvements and ad hoc projects. Min. Qualifications You graduated in HRM, Organizational Psychology or a related subject. Can commute to our office in Haasrode Excellent attention to detail and a service-oriented mindset. Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP. You are fluent in Dutch and English both written and spoken, French is beneficial but not a requirement A collaborative, hands-on, and flexible working style.
