We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with a high level of English and native level of Italian to join the Process Filtration Customer Service team based in Terrassa, Barcelona. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer purchase orders and building strong relationships with assigned accounts. You will work closely with the sales team to support business growth in the Italian market. This position is located in Terrassa, Barcelona (Spain), and only candidates residing in the Barcelona province will be considered. Key Responsibilities: Process, monitor, and follow-up customers' purchasing orders Ensure effective service and administrative support for the assigned customers Provide delivery commitment to customers and follow-up on order activity, to alert customers and sales team in case of discrepancies Manage invoice creation, corrections, and the return of the material activities Receive and process customer inquiries on standard pricing, lead-time, products, and availability, through efficient and friendly communication with customers, to maintain excellent customer relationships Coordinate internally with other departments, such as sales, logistics, finance, and production, to keep all aware of customer activities Relevant Experience and Skills: Minimum of 2 year of experience in customer service, administration, or logistics Working knowledge of MS Office packages and Outlook Knowledge of Oracle R12, incoterms, payment terms and CRM are an asset Native level of Italian and high level of English is required Flexibility, ability to multitask, to manage time and to adopt to changes Pro-active attitude, ability to take decisions when necessary, and to be a team player What we offer you: Permanent position in a multinational company Flexible working hours (start between 7:00 and 9:30 AM, finish between 4:00 and 6:30 PM) Hybrid working model (3 days of remote working per week) Company shuttle from Plaza España (Barcelona city) to our office in Terrassa Presential onboarding process for 2 months Attractive compensation package (including meal allowance and telework expenses support).
