Fully qualified AAT or equivalent practical experience. Professional Experience 6–8 years of experience in finance, accounts receivable, billing, or a shared services/global business services (GBS) environment. Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end billing and order-to-invoice processes. Proven experience in complex billing scenarios, invoice processing, claims management, and reconciliations. Experience in resolving customer disputes, investigating discrepancies, and managing escalated queries. Experience supporting or leading period-end close activities and financial reporting. Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring, coaching, and training junior team members. Systems and Technical Skills Proficiency in SAP and SAP BW for billing, reporting, and financial analysis. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reconciliations, and reporting. Experience using BlackLine for account reconciliations and financial close activities. Experience working with customer portals and claims management systems. Strong understanding of billing systems, financial reporting tools, and data visualisation techniques.
