Qualifications: *High School Diploma or GED *Current Licensed Practical Nurse-NM *PDS IV training as part of orientation *BLS required *Basic Cardiac Arrythmia (BCA) for areas with cardiac telemetry monitoring *ACLS - within 6 months of hire for areas where required. *Valid NM Drivers license; meet qualifications of PHS driver policy for areas - Home Health and Hospice only.
