This role offers significant autonomy and influence, allowing you to shape clinical programs, contribute to formulary decisions, develop medication-use processes, and serve as a trusted resource to physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and organizational leaders. How you would support the team. Serve as the clinical pharmacy expert for Adult Oncology, supporting safe and effective medication use. Work with the care team to develop individualized treatment plans. Develop and review oncology medication guidelines, treatment protocols, and order sets. Support oncology medication safety, quality improvement, and new clinical pharmacy services. Precept pharmacy students and residents and support staff training.
