Job Description: Role Summary The role leads the Product Marketing team to develop and execute product marketing initiatives that support business growth across all distribution channels. The role is responsible for translating product propositions into compelling sales stories, marketing materials, launch packages, and channel communication, ensuring products are effectively positioned and understood by frontline advisors and customers. The role works closely with Product Proposition, Distribution, Marketing, Actuarial, and Training teams to drive successful product launches and ongoing sales momentum. Job Responsibilities Product Launch & Commercialization: Lead end-to-end marketing support for new product launches and product refresh initiatives. Develop launch plans, communication strategies and go-to-market materials across distribution channels. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely and effective market launches. Monitor launch effectiveness and recommend enhancements. Sales Story & Marketing Material Development: Lead the development of product brochures, sales presentations, product guides, battlecards, FAQs, training materials and promotional content. Translate complex product features into compelling customer benefits and advisor sales stories. Ensure consistency of product messaging across all marketing and communication materials. Continuously enhance material quality to improve advisor engagement and sales effectiveness. Client Proposition & Product Positioning: Develop customer-centric product value propositions and key messaging. Support the articulation of product differentiation and competitive advantages. Ensure product positioning remains relevant and compelling in response to market developments. Channel Engagement & Sales Support: Partner with Agency, Brokerage, Bancassurance and other distribution teams to understand business needs. Gather frontline feedback and incorporate insights into product communication and marketing strategies. Support agency communication meetings, product launch events, roadshows and sales briefings. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Lead and develop Product Marketing team members. Prioritize resources across multiple concurrent product launches and campaigns. Build strong partnerships with Product Proposition, Actuarial, Compliance, Marketing, Distribution and Training teams to ensure effective execution. Job Requirements University degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related disciplines. 6+ years of experience in product marketing, product proposition, insurance marketing or distribution support. Proven experience leading product launches and commercialization initiatives. Demonstrated people leadership experience.
