Job Description Key Responsibilities · Validate transparency data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance across global reporting systems. · Identify data gaps and partner with stakeholders to drive timely remediation activities. · Perform independent quality reviews and maintain robust data validation controls. · Support pre-disclosure and final disclosure reporting activities within defined timelines. · Generate data insights and status updates to support informed compliance decisions. · Coordinate with local, global, and technology teams to resolve data-related queries. · Deliver training, maintain process documentation, and promote continuous data quality improvements. Essential Requirements · Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Data Management, or a related field. · Experience in data governance, data quality assurance, and complex data validation activities. · Strong knowledge of healthcare transparency reporting and compliance requirements. · Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting. · Experience working with enterprise resource planning and customer relationship management systems. · Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills within cross-functional environments.
