As a Senior Product Designer, you'll partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to shape and deliver intuitive, accessible, and impactful digital products. In this role, you'll own the design journey from discovery through delivery, transforming complex user needs into elegant solutions. You'll help define product direction, conduct research, validate ideas, and ensure a consistent experience across a broader ecosystem of products and services. What You Will Do Lead end-to-end product design, from discovery and user research through prototyping, delivery, and continuous improvement. Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to define problems, shape solutions, and deliver user-centered experiences. Conduct user research and usability testing to validate assumptions and inform design decisions. Design accessible, intuitive, and content-rich digital experiences that address complex user needs. Contribute to design systems and shared patterns to drive consistency across products and platforms. Required Skills and Experience 8+ years of experience in product, UX, or service design, with a portfolio demonstrating the successful delivery of complex digital products. Strong expertise in user research, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and usability testing. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence product decisions through evidence-based design. Experience designing accessible digital products and translating complex requirements into simple, intuitive experiences. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale clearly. Preferred Skills and Experience Experience designing learning, education, or knowledge-focused digital products and services. Familiarity with design systems, service design, and large-scale digital ecosystems. Experience working in public sector, regulated, or enterprise environments. Exposure to research involving diverse user groups and translating insights into product improvements. Experience incorporating AI-enabled tools and practices into the design workflow.
