What you’ll do: Assist people experiencing mental health crises or vulnerability Assist people experiencing effects of intoxication and overdose Provide practical support including First Aid Work proactively to promote safe partying Help people access safe transport home Role Details: Volunteer on Saturday nights Located in Launceston CBD Shift times approx. 10:30pm-3:00am Volunteer as often as suits you Training and ongoing support provided Requirements: Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (RWVP) Excellent Communication skills Open-minded and a desire to learn Work well within a small team Aged 18+ Prior training and experience in first aid, mental health first aid, community services, etc. is desirable, but not essential.
