About the Role We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer – Design Reviewer to support the design review and technical assurance of a major highway infrastructure project in Timor-Leste. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing electrical designs and ensuring that all proposed systems comply with project requirements, international standards, safety regulations, and client expectations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineer or equivalent. Have a minimum of 15 years of cumulative experience and a minimum of 5 years’ experience related to design of electrical installations and distribution network in Highway roads or large road projects. Have served in a similar capacity on at least 2 Highway Road design projects of similar nature. Preferably a full-time employee of the PMC since at least 2 years. Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory. Responsible for reviewing the design of the electrical installations, distribution network etc. for the Public Street light, in conformance with the DBF Contract.
