Site Clerk Site Office & Administrative Support Perform general office administrative duties, data entry and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Chief Resident Engineer, Resident Engineers, QA/QC Lead or the Project Secretary To perform other ad hoc clerical duties as and when required. Coordinate IT support requests for the Engineer’s site office, including setup for computers and accessories. Ensure office cleanliness and monitor office cleanliness and the cleaners. Coordinate with contractors regarding the Engineer’s site office maintenance. QA/QC & Technical Document Support Maintain, log, and update QA/QC-specific registers, including Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Site Observation Notices (SONs), Requests for Inspection (RFIs), and inspection/testing records. Act as the gatekeeper for all project and QA/QC correspondence, ensuring incoming/outgoing documents comply with SMEC’s document control standards and are distributed promptly to relevant personnel. Assist QA/QC Engineers with formatting, compiling, printing, and archiving weekly/monthly QA/QC progress reports, inspection logs, and compliance records (hardcopy and softcopy). Assist with uploading, tracking, and filing technical documents and submittals within the Common Data Environment (CDE) / pool server. Site Clerk – Requirements Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
