Ihre Aufgaben: Als IT Support (w/m/d) bearbeiten Sie Support-Tickets, führen On- und Offboardings durch und unterstützen Fachbereiche bei technischen Anfragen. Sie sorgen für einen reibungslosen User Lifecycle, dokumentieren Prozesse und erstellen Arbeitsanweisungen, um die Servicequalität kontinuierlich zu verbessern. Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen (Level 1–2) und Vor-Ort-Support für Endgeräte Durchführung von On-/Offboardings und Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten Zusammenarbeit mit dem globalen IT-Team zur Dokumentation und Optimierung von Prozessen Koordination externer Serviceeinsätze bei Hardware- oder Infrastrukturthemen Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten und Einhaltung von IT-Standards Ihr Beipackzettel. Qualifikationen und Ausbildung: Ein informationstechnisches Studium, z.B Wirtschaftsinformatik/Informatik oder eine passende Ausbildung, z.B Fachinformatiker Systemintegration (m/w/d) o. ä.
