Task: - Recording and modifying orders; - Handling complaints; - Contacting customers in writing; - Written and verbal communication with German speaking colleagues; - Preparing and amending price quotations. Expectation: - Strong German language skills; - Ability to work reliably; - Ability to work independently and accurately; - Resilience and critical thinking; - Computer skills at user level; - Open to IT solutions (S/4HANA, AI), enjoys learning.
