Responsibilities Greet guests, accurately take and deliver beverage orders in a timely manner, and enter all orders into the POS system. Clear and clean tables in the coffee lounge area and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift. Handle cash accurately, perform assigned stocking and cleaning duties, and check with the manager when the shift is completed. Communicate effectively with management about guest feedback and any issues that arise. Promote positive guest relations, assist guests as needed, handle products properly to reduce expenses, and use suggestive up-selling to increase revenue.
