Position Description The position supports the HR team based in Singapore. This is a varied, hands-on role in which you will help create a smooth employee experience from first day to last. You should have the ability to multi‐task while maintaining a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality, timeliness and first class client service. Key Areas of Responsibilities Support employee onboarding and offboarding: Coordinate processes such as onboarding, HR inductions, pre-employment checks, transfers and offboarding. Keep HR operations running smoothly: Maintain accurate Workday records and digital files, prepare employment letters, track probation and contract milestones, manage medical insurance enrolments and terminations. Coordinate payroll: Provide monthly updates to Payroll Team, prepare leave calculations for leavers Deliver timely reporting: prepare reports as requested. Be a first point of contact: Answer HR policy and benefits questions, escalating complex matters when needed. Maintain high levels of discretion when handling confidential information. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field 2 – 5 years relevant HR experience, ideally from Banking and Finance industry Candidates with less experience will be considered as HR Analyst Sound knowledge of Singapore employment regulations Highly organized and strong attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data management, formulas, lookups, pivot tables and basic reporting. Proactive, adaptable and comfortable identifying opportunities to improve processes through technology and automation.
