Job Profile: Position Overview: The Customer Onboarding Partners and Solutions (COS) Billing Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate set-up of new and reactivated customers, build customer relationships, and support of the overall responsibilities of the Sr Mgr, Mid Office. Principal Responsibilities: The following are essential job accountabilities:  Equip Sales Team with Customer Onboarding Packe  Initiate welcome calls to customers after first billing cycle  Update new customer account file to include contact name and phone number (weekly)  Review Randstad Vendor form requests and respond accordingly  Identify and correct setup issues presented by the client  Audit new orders and assignments for Randstad Inhouse Services and Strategic and National Accounts (at time of first billing)  Work closely with clients and AR to collect and maintain most up to date PO information  Identify and recommend process improvements  Use technology to streamline manual processes  Consolidation of information and production of several reports  Creation of reports, dashboards and providing meaningful analysis to the onshore team  Standardization and automation of reports in excel and google sheets Percentage of Time ● initiate welcome calls & questionnaires to new customers 30% ● complete new vendor forms as requested and onboarding packets 10% ● Work closely with clients and collections to obtain and maintain the most current and accurate Purchase order information 5% ● monitor customer responses and bounce back emails in e-billing mailbox 25% ● audit orders and assignments for RIS and SANAccounts (at time of first billing) 30% 100% Key Competencies and skills: ● Energetic, enthusiastic individual with strong reporting expertise and command over microsoft excel and VBA ● Strong written and verbal communication skills ● Excellent analytical skills and organization skills ● A team player with the ability to maintain a positive attitude in an extremely fast-paced environment Functional Competencies and skills: ● Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite products (including vlookups, sumif(s) and pivot tables in Excel) Minimum Education: ● Graduate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred Minimum Experience  Minimum of 6-7 year experience in accounting and finance or relevant fields with analytical experience preferred  Accounting knowledge and Peoplesoft experience preferred  Knowledge of Randstad operations and systems is an asset  Google suite, Excel, Query and Reporting preferred Is this the job for you?
