La persona scelta avrà la responsabilità di guidare iniziative strategiche per i nostri clienti in ambito Pubblica Amministrazione, assicurando l'eccellenza nella delivery e contribuendo attivamente alla crescita del business. Quali saranno le tue attività e responsabilità? Gestione di Progetti Complessi: Guidare l'intero ciclo di vita di programmi articolati e portafogli di progetti di system integration, garantendo il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di business prefissati in termini di revenue, marginalità e soddisfazione del cliente. Coordinamento e Leadership: Orchestrare e motivare team di progetto eterogenei e multidisciplinari, promuovendo una cultura basata sulla collaborazione, la responsabilità e l'orientamento al risultato. Business Development: Identificare e sviluppare attivamente nuove opportunità commerciali, costruendo relazioni strategiche con stakeholder e clienti. Delivery Excellence: Supervisionare la delivery di soluzioni tecnologiche altamente specializzate, assicurando il pieno rispetto delle normative e degli standard di qualità. Qualifiche e Competenze Richieste: Background Tecnico: Solide competenze in ambito System Integration o una comprovata capacità di gestire progetti ad alto contenuto tecnologico, che permettano di dialogare efficacemente con team tecnici e specialisti. Leadership e Abilità Relazionali: Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione, negoziazione e gestione di relazioni complesse a tutti i livelli.
