Cosa ti proponiamo: All’interno della Direzione HSE nell’area della Governance HSE del Gruppo Eng, siamo alla ricerca di una figura di HSE & Wellbeing Support | Internship. La risorsa, a seguito di un periodo di affiancamento e training on the job, verrà inserita nel Team HSE. Sarà un supporto sia nell’ambito compliance del team degli ASPP (gestione della documentazione e delle problematiche health&safety ordinarie), sia nella struttura di staff del team per l’ implementazione e gestione dei sistemi di gestione salute & sicurezza (ISO 45001) e ambiente (ISO 14001). Quali saranno le tue attività e responsabilità? Valutazione dei rischi, loro mitigazione e gestione Gestione delle emergenze Verifiche di idoneità tecnico – professionale dei fornitori, appaltatori, subappaltatori Predisposizione della documentazione HSE per i clienti (DUVRI, POS, DVRA, ecc) Sopralluoghi, analisi ambientali e verifiche di conformità degli ambienti di lavoro (gestione dei rifiuti, gestione scarichi e approvvigionamenti idrici, emissioni in atmosfera, Life Cycle Assessment, ecc.) Audit interni e supporto durante gli audit di terza parte (delle autorità di controllo e/o degli Enti di Certificazione) Implementazione di procedure, istruzioni e modulistica dei sistemi di gestione Qualifiche e competenze richieste: Essere Laureand*/Laureat* in Tecniche della prevenzione, ingegneria del territorio e dell’ambiente, ingegneria della sicurezza, ingegneria gestionale; Conoscenza basica della normativa di settore (almeno D. Lgs 81/08 e s.m.i.) Requisito preferenziale: Master nell’ambito dei sistemi di gestione Qualità, Ambiente e Salute e Sicurezza dei lavoratori Cosa cerchiamo nelle nostre persone?
