Acil (kritik SLA) taleplerini önceliklendirerek aynı gün çıkışını sağlamak. Kargo ve dağıtım firmalarıyla teslimat takibini yapmak; teknisyen araç stoklarının (van stock) ikmalini desteklemek. İade, arızalı parça ve test süreçleri Sahadan dönen arızalı/garanti parçalarını teslim almak, kayıt ile eşleştirmek ve sınıflandırmak. Temel elektrik/elektronik ve mekanik ölçüm aletleriyle (multimetre vb.) parçaların ön testini yapmak; tamir edilebilir, hurda veya tedarikçiye iade olarak ayırmak. Garanti iade (RMA) ve hurda süreçlerini prosedüre uygun yürütmek. Stok doğruluğu ve depo düzeni Periyodik ve dönemsel sayımlara katılmak; sistem–fiziki stok farklarını raporlamak. Kritik parça minimum stok seviyelerini izleyip eksikleri bildirmek. Depoda 5S, iş sağlığı ve güvenliği (İSG) ve ESD (elektrostatik) kurallarına uyulmasını sağlamak; forklift/transpalet gibi ekipmanları güvenli kullanmak.
