Your Role SWDL/OTA Software Product Owner ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Owns the SWDL/OTA product backlog and release outcomes across bootloader, update client, diagnostics and platform capabilities. RFQ / Concept - Define product vision, use cases, scope and acceptance boundaries. Planning / Architecture - Build roadmap, backlog, milestones, dependencies and release criteria. Implementation / Integration - Prioritize execution, clarify stories and make scope decisions. Verification / Release - Accept end-to-end behavior and ensure release evidence is complete. Production / Operations - Prioritize field fixes, campaign learning and platform roadmap updates. Translate customer and platform objectives into epics, features and measurable acceptance criteria. Prioritize roadmap by customer value, regulatory need, reuse, delivery risk and capacity. Coordinate dependencies across cybersecurity, functional safety, diagnostics, platform, backend, validation, plant and service. Accept increments using end-to-end evidence including failure and recovery paths. Track release predictability, reuse, defect escape and deployment readiness. Your Background 12+ years of Total Experience. Experience in Technical product ownership in automotive embedded software, diagnostics, bootloader or OTA. Understanding of UDS/DoIP, ECU flashing, cryptographic signing, release/configuration management and Agile delivery. Strong requirements, backlog, dependency and stakeholder-management skills. undefined undefined S32K/S32G/V850 or similar platforms, HSM integration, Python automation, delta update and ISO 24089 exposure.
