Your Role Finance Executive ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage month-end close activities, financial reporting, book closure, and support internal/external audits while ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Drive FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and preparation of monthly management reports. Perform cash flow planning and analysis, monitor working capital, and provide financial support for plant controlling activities. Prepare and consolidate global reporting packs and Management Business Review (MBR) presentations for leadership reviews. Conduct product profitability analysis and provide actionable insights to improve margins, cost efficiencies, and business performance. Monitor and optimize Net Working Capital (NWC), including inventory, receivables, and payables, while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to support strategic decision-making. Your Background Exp – 6+ years and qualification (CA or CA inter or MBA – finance) Exp in Month End Activities, Month-end reporting, Book Closure and Audit Support. Worked on Cash flow and FP&A activities (Relating to plant controlling) Exp with global reporting, Budgeting, forecasting, MBR preparations.
