Cares for patients during program hours, monitors specified areas and oversees the daily coordination of patient care duties while maintaining professional boundaries. Provides and maintains a clean, safe, and quiet environment. Qualifications: A. Education 1. High school Diploma or GED from an accredited institute B. Experience 1. 2 or more years' related experience preferred 2. Mental Health experience utilizing Trauma Informed philosophy in caring for patients, handling crisis situations in a calm manner and handling significant amounts of confidential patient information C. Licensure/Certification 1. CPR certified 2.Crisis Prevention Institute Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (CPI) certified 3.
