Department: 60315 IL ACL Laboratories - IL Logistics Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hours Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Full-time 2nd shift hours working every Sunday - Thursday from 2:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. Pay Range: $18.85 - $28.30 STARTING PAY: $18.85 + $1.50 2nd shift differential + $1.50 weekend differential Major Responsibilities: Transport and deliver all assigned items, including medical specimens and supplies, ensuring integrity and confidentiality. Ensure proper handling, storage, and transport of sensitive and hazardous materials. Adhere to schedules, routes, and safety protocols. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and scheduled maintenance. Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and dispatch. Respond promptly and professionally to urgent delivery requests and phone calls. Document deliveries and support workflow improvements. Handle physical tasks (lifting to 60 lbs) and use freight equipment as needed. Collect payments or signatures as needed. Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required: Valid state driver's license Education Required: High school diploma or GED Experience Required: None Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required: Strong communication, customer service.
