Requirements
Must-have skills
- At least 2 years of backend engineering experience, particularly Java
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS, including designing and deploying scalable systems, working with core services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda), and building cloud-native architectures
- Experience with agentic coding (e.g., building or working with AI-driven/automated coding systems)
- System Architecture Design: Understanding of system architecture principles, with experience contributing to technical solutions and implementation decisions.
- AI Tools: Proficient with Claude Code, or other autonomous capable coding agent. Comfortable integrating AI tools into the development workflow.
- Product-obsessed: You live and breathe product thinking—you’re not just here to generate code, but to own the product and drive its success. You focus on solving customer problems and delivering experiences that make a difference.
