The Opportunity
We're launching Nawy Developer Solutions: a new business line that packages Nawy's sales, data, and research capabilities into products and services for real estate developers — helping their sales teams sell more, their development teams plan smarter, and their research teams see the market more clearly.
We're looking for a Venture Lead to build it from the ground up: own the P&L, define the products, win the first clients, and scale it into a profitable, standalone business. You'll start with a blank page and Nawy's considerable capabilities behind you and you'll be accountable for turning that into revenue and profit. If you've built a business or business line before and want the autonomy to do it again with real assets behind you, this is for you.
What You'll Do
• Own the P&L. Build and run a ring-fenced P&L for Developer Solutions — accountable for revenue, margin, and profitability.
• Productize our capabilities. Turn Nawy's sales engine, market data and research, and marketing machinery into packaged, priced products for developers — spanning sales enablement and managed sales, lead generation, CRM and lead routing, market intelligence and data, pricing and feasibility support, and launch and go-to-market.
• Set pricing and packaging. Define the product catalog and commercial model, and sequence launches by margin and readiness.
• Build the pipeline and land clients. Own business development to developers; personally win the first anchor accounts and grow them into recurring relationships.
• Stand up delivery. Build the operating model, standards, and systems that deliver these services at quality and target margin.
• Build the team. Recruit and lead a cross-functional team, and partner with Nawy's core functions to draw on their capabilities.
• Shape strategy. Report to the Chief Growth Officer and help set the direction for one of Nawy's newest growth pillars.
In Your First Year
• Define and launch the product catalog and pricing.
• Sign your first developer clients and build a qualified pipeline.
• Stand up the delivery model and core team.
• Hit the commercial and margin targets set with the CGO, managing the initial build period as a disciplined investment.
Requirements
Must-haves
• Proven P&L ownership — you've been accountable for revenue and profit, not only a functional budget.
• A track record of building or scaling a business, business line, or venture from an early stage.
• Strong B2B / enterprise commercial skills — building pipeline, closing, and growing accounts.
• Commercial acumen — pricing, margin, and cost discipline come naturally to you.
• Leadership — you've built and led teams and worked across functions.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a genuine bias to build.
Nice-to-haves
• Experience in real estate, proptech, or selling to developers.
• A background in productizing services or capabilities into sellable offerings.
• Egypt or wider MENA market experience.
