  • Prepare insights, reports, and presentations for management and governance bodies, utilizing market and internal compensation data.

  • Participate in strategic HR projects related to reward, mobility, job architecture, and workforce transformation.

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, Payroll, Legal, Tax, and external advisors to deliver integrated solutions across mobility and remuneration topics

Your Background

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field.

  • Approximately 5+ years of experience in International Mobility, Global Mobility, Total Rewards, Executive Compensation, or a related HR specialization.

  • Strong understanding of international assignment management, immigration processes, tax and social security considerations, and cross-border employment practices.

  • Knowledge of executive remuneration principles, compensation structures, reward governance, and market benchmarking methodologies.

  • Experience working with HR systems and data analytics tools, ideally including SAP SuccessFactors and advanced Excel.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate with senior leaders and international partners.

  • Fluency in English required; German and additional CEE languages are considered an advantage.
