Key Responsibilities
- Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries across email, chat and phone
- Provide clear information about our products, services, and policies
- Resolve complaints with empathy and efficiency, escalating only when needed
- Support customers with orders, returns, and exchanges following company guidelines
- Keep customer information accurate and secure
- Identify recurring issues and share feedback to improve processes and the overall customer experience
Requirements
- Native or fluent level of Dutch, plus good English skills
- Experience in customer service is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine customer-first mindset
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
