Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer questions and complaints, escalating when necessary.
- Process customer requests and provide accurate product or service information.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.
- Follow internal processes and service standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve customer experience.
- Capture customer feedback to support continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Fluent French (spoken and written) and English (B2 or higher).
- At least 2 years of customer service experience.
- Experience with CRM systems; GDS knowledge is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
