Internship M&A (f/m/d) starting from January 2027.

Your mission

• You will work on complex, cross-border M&A transactions from day 1.
• You create an M&A funnel, the so-called deal flow.
• You maintain and design financial and valuation models.
• You support the team in commercial and financial DDs.
• You design and conduct market and company analyses.

Your profile

• You are studying Business administration or Economics, ideally with a focus on Finance, M&A, or Accounting and are interested in the pharmaceutical industry.
• You have already gained M&A or corporate finance experience through internships in Investment Banking or Strategy Consulting.
• Very good analytical, conceptual, and communication skills as well as team spirit.
• You have Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel know-how as well as a good portion of common sense.
• You are proficient in English, other languages are a plus.
