deliver the best swap rates to retail and institutional traders. Our multi-
token swap feature allows users to trade many tokens in a single atomic
transaction, and our newly launched intent-based order types are leading

As our ecosystem grows, we're seeking a highly skilled Treasury &
Trading Strategy Lead to manage and optimize the DAO treasury,
navigate liquidity events, and implement data-driven trading strategies that
align with our long-term vision.
About the Role
As the Treasury & Trading Strategy Lead, you will be responsible for
overseeing and actively managing the DAO’s treasury assets to maximize
yield and minimize risk. You will work closely with the Head of the DAO and
collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure financial
health, transparency, and strategic planning for future liquidity events.
3+ years of experience in crypto trading, treasury management, or
DeFi strategy.Deep understanding of decentralized and centralized trading
platforms.Proven track record in designing and implementing asset
management and tokenomics strategies.Strong quantitative skills with experience building pricing models and
simulating buyback strategies linked to revenue or usage growth.Familiarity with tokenomics, liquidity mining, staking, and DAO
governance.Experience deploying and managing DeFi liquidity pools across major
chains and DEXsAdvanced data analytics and dashboarding skills (e.g., Dune, Nansen,
Flipside, custom SQL dashboards).High integrity and a DAO-first mindset with comfort operating
transparently.
